Back To Course Overview

Okay folks whether you're starting a new swing baseline starting your training or improving your baseline you're going to need to calibrate.

When you calibrate you want to hold your hand at a 90 degree angle or an "L" and as you can see, it will connect your wrist, your shoulder and it will show if you're left or right-handed.

Once you are doing this remember to keep your sensor pointed to where the light goes down your fingers.
